Living Nightmares of Abuse – Review

This story about Diane’s life was very hard to put down once I started reading it. She kept me on my toes knowing there was so much going on all the time in her life. As I read her book, I felt all the pain and anguish that she was going through; tears fell as I read each chapter.

At the beginning of his life, he grew up in a more than poor family – they were the poorest family in the city. Her parents were not there for her as her parents should have been. The family did what she could to put a piece of bread on the table to eat. Not having running water, the poor conditions she had to live in and now being placed in foster care. She lived in several foster homes and was abused in one of the homes, that in itself was a huge problem to deal with.

Diane was alone at a young age, when most girls are having the time of their lives, Diane did everything she could to stay alive. The relationships that she dealt with that brought more abuse into her life as an adult, that was more than most people could take in her life. Diane having to live her life on the run without being able to enjoy what life had to bring. She finally found that special angel, her husband her David, the only person in her life that she could truly trust and love for the rest of her life. She finally found happiness in love.

Anyone who reads this book will know that Diane experienced a lot of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse in her life. How did she survive it all? How Diane has written her story to share and help others with her own life experiences. This story can have a big impact on others and they may realize that they do not have to deal with the abuse alone.

I highly recommend others to read this book.
