There is no secret to how you enlarge your penis. Although there can be many methods to choose from, only penile exercise can claim to have scientific evidence as proof. Penis exercises can be responsible for giving you a longer and thicker penis and can also help improve your sexual staying power. In this article I would like to present you 5 of the exercises that are responsible for enlarging my penis.
1) Stretching – Stretching exercises can help you get a bigger penis by stretching the inner ligaments of the penis. You should always perform stretching exercises with a flaccid penis until your penis is stronger. Hold your manhood just below your head and aim for 4 stretches. Using the dots on an imaginary clock, stretch to 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock. Try to hold each stretch for 30-45 seconds and add an additional 15-30 seconds each week until you can hold each stretch for 3 minutes.
2) Jelqing: the number one of all exercises to enlarge the penis. Jelqing has a colorful history and has been used as a way to get a bigger penis for centuries. Always do the jelq with an erection level of 50% to 75%. Form an OK sign between your thumb and forefinger. Wrap this grip tightly around the base of your penis and then rub down the shaft. Caress immediately with the other hand when you have reached the head of your penis. Each hit should last approximately 3-4 seconds. Aim for 100-200 jelqs and add 100 more each week until you reach 500.
3) Hanging the towel: Hanging the towel is a great exercise that will make your penis bigger, especially thicker. However, its biggest advantage is that it can help you achieve excellent control over your ejaculations. Place a small hand or face towel over your fully erect penis. Tighten your PC muscle (imagine you need to avoid urinating) and this should bring the towel closer to your body. Hold that squeeze for 15-30 seconds and then relax. Aim for 25-30 “holds” initially and add an extra 10 each week.
4) Kegels – I love Kegel exercises as you can do them anywhere. A kegel is the same as hanging the towel, but without the towel and can be performed flaccid or erect! You are simply tensing the PC muscle and holding it for as long as you can. I usually do Kegel exercises throughout the day. You can do them while sitting at your desk at work, while on the bus or train, and even while having lunch. I also got into the habit of stopping, holding, and then starting over every time I needed to urinate!
5) Milk powder: a great exercise to enlarge the penis. This is the exact same grip as the jelq, but this time, instead of stroking the handle down, you need to make small jerking movements on your penis. The jelq requires you to use lubricant, this is a must. Powdered milk, as the name suggests, does not require lubrication. Again, aim for 100-200 short tugs and add 100 each week.
As I have already mentioned, if you want to get a bigger penis, you don’t need to look any further. Exercising the penis will require patience, commitment, and extreme dedication. However, if you can stick to a delicate exercise routine over a period of months, you can make your penis much bigger than when you started!
