Skin will start to look firmer if you have the correct muscles underneath and this can be achieved through regular weight training under the supervision of a trainer. All major muscle groups should be exercised for best results. Increase the weight you lift. Do this at regular intervals. Look at what diet you take avoids processed foods. Cardio exercise is also a great help in tightening the skin, even if it involves walking. Continue with exercise and weight training even after you’ve accomplished what you set out to do.
