It’s a secret weapon that Asian women have used for decades to enjoy delicious sweets and desserts while still losing weight fast. Stevia actually comes from a group of plants found in South America, Central America, and Mexico. That part is not important, I do not want to bore you with a long history of the origin of this wonderful plant. Instead, I want to tell you why it’s so helpful for someone trying to lose weight:

Because it tastes exactly like sugar and has ZERO calories!

That’s right, this is not a dangerous chemical mix like aspartame or Splenda (yes, Splenda sucks and should be completely avoided).

Stevia is a 100% natural and organic substance that grows in the soil, as almost all of our food sources should. It can be purchased in powder form or already included in certain food products and soft drinks found at local health food stores. Simply read the ingredient labels on products to determine if they contain Stevia.

The key to any successful weight loss program is to stick with it.

Stevia is a boon to dieters because it allows you to cut out almost all of the sugar-based calories in your life without having to go through withdrawal or craving sweets.

You can put it in tea and coffee. You can sprinkle it on dry low-calorie cereals. You can even bake cookies and cakes with it!

Does this sound like an ad for Stevia? Probably, but when you’ve seen the results like I have, real weight loss in many people over the course of months, you want to shout it from the top of the highest mountain to anyone who’s willing to listen. It is a great tool to enable people to STOP overeating and make real progress towards their dream body in a healthy way.

Important: read the labels of all foods and drinks

What you DON’T WANT: High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sucralose, Splenda, Aspartame, Saccharin.

If I see any of those listed in the ingredients table, I return the item to the shelf. Period. This is non-negotiable.

Divorce these four killers forever (“Splenda” is the brand name for sucralose, they’re the same thing, that’s why they’re 4 instead of 5) and make sure you never consume any of them. There are reasons why diabetes, cancer, and various other health problems have increased 300% in the last 40 years, and it’s no coincidence that every single one of those products was invented during that time. Think about it.

The bottom line is you need to take action now

I hear a lot of people tell me that they are fed up with the latest diet programs on the market these days where you are either STARVING or trying to survive through BRUTAL weight loss workouts.
