Common table salt is very effective in killing all types of termites. Fill a quart glass jar with salt and add warm water and stir until all the salt dissolves. You now have a brine solution that is highly toxic to termites. To apply, simply fill a sprayed turkey syringe with the brine mixture and inject the solution into accessible termite kitchens in infestation areas. Sodium salt will dehydrate pests naturally.

Common laundry bleach is also very lethal to termites. Simply introduce undiluted bleach into termite cookers in the same way as salt. For safety reasons, wear glasses to protect your eyes and dishwashing gloves to protect your hands. The bleach chemically burns the termites instantly to death on contact and renders the wood in the treated area inedible for future infestations.

Most homes contain a penetrating oil product spray can called WD-40 that has more useful uses than duct tape. WD-40 is very effective in killing termites. It also comes with a practical applicator straw, which makes it easy to inject the solution into kitchens where termites live. Apply with a straw applicator to the termite infestation similar to the application technique explained with the basting syringe. WD-40 is primarily fish oil. Naturally, it kills termites by clogging their respiratory pores. Plus, it leaves behind a pest repellent residue that is non-toxic to humans.

Long before Dow Jones Chemicals or any commercial exterminator existed, ordinary people like you and me were killing their own termites and other household pests. Today you can still treat your own termites naturally while saving money and avoiding potential toxic chemical poisonings in your home and family.
