Do This 1 Thing To Your Metabolism (NOT What You Think) And Start Losing Weight Faster

Did you read that headline and immediately think, “well, DUH, the only thing you can do with your metabolism is speed it up!”? Well, if you thought that, I highly recommend you read this article I wrote for you today, because that’s not what I’m talking about! Now yes, you must increase your metabolism to get results, however, there is also something else you must do. Continue reading to learn more.

Okay, first things first. I just wanted to quickly go over some of the best ways you can boost your metabolism naturally and quickly. What I recommend you do to get quick and natural results by increasing your metabolic rate is to start doing high intensity interval cardio instead of long low intensity cardio, make sure you build lean muscle, get antioxidants in your diet ( like green tea) and detox (I highly recommend drinking organic apple cider vinegar with the “mother” mixed with water and freshly squeezed lemon juice to detox).

Now, those are some of the best and most common ways to speed up your metabolism, but there’s one more method I left out on purpose because it’s based on that “one thing” I wanted to tell you about. Alright buddy, if you want to skyrocket your metabolism and start losing and burning fat quickly and easily, then what you have to do with your metabolism is reprogram it!

What do I mean by “reprogramming”? What I mean by this is that if you are one of the millions of people who eat 1 or 2 meals a day, and you make these gigantic meals, then this will do nothing but slow your metabolism down. When your metabolism slows down, you go into starvation mode. When you go into starvation mode, you start to think that you’re not going to eat for a good amount of time between meals. When this happens, your metabolic rate drops and you will then begin to store a lot of the calories you eat as extra body fat…to “protect” you (go figure)!

The key to success is to reprogram your metabolism so that it knows that food will arrive very often. When this happens, your metabolism will increase and you will start to burn the calories you eat instead of storing them.

The way to do this is by following one of the most popular tips… eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day (like every 2-3 hours). You are NOT starving yourself by eating smaller meals, and that is because you are eating MORE meals. Also, this is a highly recommended tip not only because it will reprogram your metabolism, but also because it helps your digestive system. Eating too much at once puts too much stress on your digestive system and WILL cause problems. Eating less at each meal is much better… and your digestive system will thank you.

Here’s a tip: If you’re thinking this is going to be a very difficult thing to accomplish, I have good news! You do NOT have to have special gourmet meals 4-6 times a day! You can just have a protein shake or even a handful of nuts (which pack a fair amount of calories and a TON of beneficial nutrients) and an apple, for example. Do you think that will not satisfy you? THINK AGAIN! I thought the same thing, but once you try these small meals, you’ll be surprised how satisfying they can be for hunger pangs!

Now, for this to REALLY work, it is important that you follow a natural diet program based on this method. The reason is that effective diets based on this method go one step further. What they do is not only design EASY meals so you eat more often, they also design meals that contain the right MIX OF NUTRIENTS that will cause your body to release a ton of fat burning hormones.
