You will never feel hungry and nutritionists and doctors will never oppose you eating natural foods. Many delicious meals can be prepared and enjoyed using natural foods and there really is no need to use artificial foods. With this subtle shift in emphasis from junk food to natural food, the weight just slides off over time and with it weight-related diseases disappear, allowing you better control of your blood pressure, sugar levels in the blood, cholesterol levels and other medical problems. You don’t even know you’re losing weight because food does all the work for you and it becomes a permanent lifestyle.

If you are taking medication, you may need to ask your doctor or nutritionist to monitor you as you lose weight. They may need to adjust or remove your medication as you lose weight.

If you include exercise to lose weight, you don’t need to exercise for more than 30 minutes per day, and be sure to include resistance exercises. In other words, gradually increase the weight of your dumbbells instead of spending more time working out with them. Same with running and jogging. Jog a short distance, then power sprint a short distance, repeating that sequence throughout your run. The resistance appears during the hard race. Try to increase the running speed of each sequence, but do not alter the total distance of the run.
